McHenry Community High School District 156 – Upper Campus Addition and Renovations (Center for Science, Technology, and Industry)
This project included a 64,000‑square‑foot addition and 6,000 square feet of renovations at McHenry Community High School District 156 to create the new Upper Campus Center for Science, Technology, and Industry, designed by Wold Architects & Engineers. The four‑story facility features state‑of‑the‑art career and technical education spaces, including 11 career and technology labs, 9 math classrooms/labs, and 11 science classrooms/labs, supporting advanced STEM and CTE programming. Additional work included renovations to the original high school building and site reconfiguration, with construction completed while the school remained operational for the majority of the project.
