Hawthorn School District 73 – Elementary School North Renovations

This project includes comprehensive interior renovations throughout an existing 69,200‑square‑foot, single‑story elementary school. The scope features new floor, ceiling, and wall finishes; new interior drywall partitions, glazing systems, casework, and furnishings; complete mechanical system replacement; new and replaced plumbing fixtures; expansion of the fire protection system; and lighting and electrical upgrades. Construction was completed in four phases—Phase 1 (June 5–October 31, 2023), Phase 2 (October 9, 2023–January 26, 2024), Phase 3 (February 5–May 31, 2024), and Phase 4 (June 3–August 1, 2024)—to maintain school operations throughout the renovation.
