Hawthorn School District 73 – Middle School North Additions and Renovations

This project included multiple additions and interior renovations at Middle School North for Hawthorn School District 73 in Vernon Hills, Illinois. The scope consisted of approximately 22,000 square feet of new construction, adding classroom wings, a full‑size gymnasium, and a new music room, along with 11,400 square feet of interior renovations to modernize existing learning spaces. Completed through phased construction while the school remained operational, the work enhanced instructional capacity and upgraded core academic and activity spaces to support growing student needs.
