Multi‑phase renovations and mechanical upgrades at two Lake Zurich schools, modernizing learning spaces and building systems while maintaining occupied facilities.

Lamp Incorporated partnered with Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95 on multi‑year renovation and modernization efforts at Isaac Fox Elementary School and Middle School South, located on West Cuba Road in Lake Zurich, Illinois. Delivered across separate project phases and contract cycles, the work collectively upgraded building systems, learning environments, and overall facility performance while maintaining ongoing school operations.

The initial phase focused on comprehensive mechanical improvements, including adding air conditioning to both schools, HVAC system upgrades, building automation controls, electrical improvements, and associated interior renovations. The supporting scope included selective demolition, new ceilings, casework, finishes, and exterior repairs, including precast panel painting and joint rehabilitation.

A subsequent phase further enhanced the campuses with targeted interior renovations, including upgrades to the library and learning media center, new finishes, furnishings, glazing, flooring, technology support infrastructure, and continued mechanical and electrical improvements. Work was carefully coordinated to protect indoor air quality, ensure life‑safety compliance, and minimize disruption within occupied school environments.

Across all phases, construction was delivered using carefully sequenced, summer‑focused schedules, allowing the schools to remain operational throughout the academic year. Lamp provided full construction management services, coordinating multiple trade packages, maintaining strict safety and site protocols, and ensuring consistent quality and documentation across both campuses and project timelines.
