The project involves replacing the existing all-electric HVAC system with a geothermal HVAC system and the addition of natural gas. Other work will include demolition, asbestos abatement, doors and frames, ceiling replacement, addition of a fire protection sprinkler system, plumbing piping replacement, lighting replacement, intercom system replacement, and landscape restoration.

The project will be completed in three phases (Phase 1 – March 27, 2023 to July 31, 2023; Phase 2 – June 3, 2024 to July 31, 2024; Phase 3 June 2, 2025 to July 31, 2025).
