Bid Release 1

The project includes work at two schools: Algonquin Middle School and Westfield Community School.

The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to:

• Algonquin Middle School (520 Longwood Drive, Algonquin, IL 60102) – Removal and replacement of existing 200-meter asphalt running track.
• Westfield Community School (2100 Sleepy Hollow Road, Algonquin, IL 60102) – Removal and replacement of existing flooring in existing elementary school classrooms and other teaching spaces. Removal and replacement of existing flooring in existing administrative offices.

The proposed project involves work at the following schools:

• Jacobs High School (2601 Bunker Hill Drive, Algonquin, IL 60102)
• Westfield Community School (2100 Sleepy Hollow Road, Algonquin, IL 60102)
• Sleepy Hollow Elementary School (898 Glen Oak Drive, Sleepy Hollow, IL 60118)
• Eastview Elementary School (540 Longwood Drive, Algonquin, IL 60102)
• Liberty Elementary School (6500 Miller Road, Carpentersville, IL 60110)

The scope of work includes toilet room renovations at Jacobs High School; flooring at Sleepy Hollow Elementary School; intercom replacement at Eastview Elementary School and Liberty Elementary School; acoustical wall panels and intercom replacement at Westfield Community School.
