Fox River Water Reclamation District – Support Building Additions and Renovations

This project includes additions and interior renovations across three facilities for the Fox River Water Reclamation District, serving operations in Elgin and South Elgin. The scope delivers 5,080 square feet of new building additions, providing break rooms, training spaces, offices, locker rooms, and a boardroom, along with associated site improvements. Renovations enhance functionality and support staff operations within the District’s control, administrative, and office buildings.

Village of South Elgin – Village Hall Renovations

This project includes interior renovations to the existing two‑story Village Hall for the Village of South Elgin. Renovated areas include staff and office spaces, the main vestibule, and restrooms to improve functionality and service to the public.

Village of Hampshire – New Public Works Facility

This project includes construction of a new 34,200‑square‑foot public works facility for the Village of Hampshire. The facility will house public works garage and office spaces, along with associated site improvements, and includes construction of a salt dome and material storage structures to support municipal operations.
