Round Lake Beach – Public Works & Police Substation Renovation

The project includes a new vestibule addition and approximately 9,820 SF of renovations to the Village of Round Lake Beach Public Works and Police Substation Facility at 911 North Lotus Drive, Round Lake Beach, IL 60073.  Associated site improvements include new sidewalks, retaining walls, driveway pavement, ADA access ramp, fencing, landscaping, etc. Project Schedule: October 1, 2026, to May 15, 2027

Fox River Water Reclamation District – Support Building Additions and Renovations

This project includes additions and interior renovations across three facilities for the Fox River Water Reclamation District, serving operations in Elgin and South Elgin. The scope delivers 5,080 square feet of new building additions, providing break rooms, training spaces, offices, locker rooms, and a boardroom, along with associated site improvements. Renovations enhance functionality and support staff operations within the District’s control, administrative, and office buildings.

Village of South Elgin – Village Hall Renovations (completed, project page will be published soon)

This project includes interior renovations to the existing two‑story Village Hall for the Village of South Elgin. Renovated areas include staff and office spaces, the main vestibule, and restrooms to improve functionality and service to the public.
