Fox River Valley Public Library – Dundee Library Improvements

This project includes exterior enhancements to the Dundee Library featuring new finishes, sunshades, roofing, aluminum windows, and HVAC equipment. The work also encompasses general trades improvements, including masonry, structural steel, carpentry, acoustic ceilings, exterior siding panels, painting, and associated mechanical and plumbing upgrades.

Ela Area Public Library

• HVAC Updates:  This project includes comprehensive HVAC upgrades throughout the Ela Area Public Library to improve system performance and reliability. The scope includes removal and replacement of an existing chiller and air distribution equipment, along with upgrades to building instrumentation and controls.
• Interior Renovations: This project includes interior renovations at the Ela Area Public Library focused on improving functionality and user comfort. The scope features new flooring, acoustic enhancements, lighting replacement, and miscellaneous electrical improvements to modernize public spaces.
