Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at the project site, 911 North Lotus Drive, Round Lake Beach, IL 60073.

Scope of Work: The proposed project consists of a new vestibule addition and approximately 9,820 SF of renovations to the Village of Round Lake Beach Public Works and Police Substation Facility located at 911 North Lotus Drive, Round Lake Beach, IL 60073.  Associated site improvements include new sidewalks, retaining walls, driveway pavement, ADA access ramp, fencing, landscaping, etc.

Project Schedule: October 1, 2026, to May 15, 2027

Scope of Work: The project involves work for the Fox River Water Reclamation District at Building 22 – 21 Purify Drive, Elgin, IL 60120. Work includes interior renovations and a 766 SF addition to accommodate the new layout for Offices, Locker Rooms, Break Room, Training Area, and Kitchenette. Also includes associated site improvements
