Groundbreaking Event in Peoria, AZ

Ah, who doesn’t like a groundbreaking event — especially when the spring weather cooperates!

Ian Lamp and Greg Bohlin participated in the groundbreaking for The Mission at Agua Fria in Peoria, AZ.  The owners, engineers, and local dignitaries all convened to witness a new state-of-the-art senior living community being born. Everyone was proud to be a part of such an important project. The local press even covered the event.

The Mission at Agua Fria will accommodate 32 assisted living and 58 memory care private residences, on a rental basis, in a two-story structure totaling 73,865 square feet on a vast 7.2 acres. Sign up for our elist to track our progress.
