Harvard Community Unit School District 50 – Harvard High School Athletics Additions and Renovations

This project comprised selective demolition and construction of a new 13,000 square foot, two‑story athletics addition, along with renovations to existing athletic, classroom, and staff/administrative spaces at Harvard High School. The centerpiece of the work was the creation of two new locker rooms and upgraded athletic support spaces designed to modernize facilities, improve student‑athlete experience, and support physical education, training, and extracurricular programs. The project was delivered in two bid releases, allowing the District to strategically phase work and incorporate additional alternates during construction. The phased construction approach allowed the high school to remain fully operational. (16373)
