Elementary School South Additions & Renovations

The Elementary School South Additions and Renovations project in Vernon Hills, IL, included an approximately 18,000-square-foot building addition featuring a new gymnasium, music rooms, and art classrooms, along with interior renovations to more than 4,000 square feet of existing learning and administrative spaces, including updates to the Learning Resource Center and nurse’s suite. The work was completed while the school remained occupied, requiring careful coordination to maintain safety, minimize disruption, and ensure uninterrupted school operations. Major infrastructure improvements included a full HVAC system replacement, modernized building systems, and enhanced learning environments designed to support both academic and extracurricular programming.
