Elgin Community College – New Manufacturing and Technology Center
The project includes the construction of a new 155,000‑square‑foot manufacturing training facility for Elgin Community College, designed to support hands‑on technical and workforce education. The facility will feature advanced manufacturing labs, flexible instructional spaces, and support areas for students and faculty. The building is intended to strengthen regional workforce development through modern, industry‑aligned training environments. Warren Township High School District 121 – O’Plaine Campus Locker Room Addition and Renovations
The project includes a 22,800‑square‑foot locker room addition and interior renovations at Warren Township High School’s O’Plaine Campus in Gurnee, Illinois. Work modernizes student athletic facilities while improving functionality, circulation, and support spaces to better serve school programs.
Community Unit School District 300
- Dundee-Crown High School Additions & Renovations: This multi‑year (June 2026 – July 2029) project includes additions and interior renovations at Dundee‑Crown High School. The scope features a 33,900‑square‑foot Career and Technical Education (CTE) addition, a 13,700‑square‑foot administration and commons addition, 47,000 square feet of interior renovations, and associated site improvements. The phased work modernizes academic, administrative, kitchen, cafeteria, learning media center, and student commons spaces to support evolving educational programs.
This project will be bid in multiple bid releases and will be completed in five phases. Bid Release 1 bid on April 28, 2026. - Parkview Elementary School Addition & Renovation: The project includes a 17,600‑square‑foot building addition and renovations at Parkview Elementary School for Community Unit School District 300. The scope features interior upgrades and installation of a new HVAC system to improve building performance, comfort, and long‑term efficiency.
- 2026 Roofing Work, Bid Release 2: This project includes roofing replacements and repairs at multiple Community Unit School District 300 facilities as part of the 2026 summer work program. Work will be completed at Liberty Elementary School, Algonquin Lakes Elementary School, and Lincoln Prairie Elementary School to improve building durability and weather protection.
- 2026 Summer Renovations, Bid Release 3: This summer project includes renovations across multiple Community Unit School District 300 facilities. Work will take place at the Carpentersville Middle School Transportation Building, Golfview Elementary School, Meadowdale Elementary School, Lakewood Elementary School, Liberty Elementary School, and Lincoln Prairie Elementary School. The improvements support continued facility maintenance and modernization across the district.
- 2026 Summer Renovations, Bid Release 4: This summer project includes interior renovations and track and/or tennis court reconstruction across multiple Community Unit School District 300 facilities. Work will take place at Algonquin Lakes Elementary School, Eastview Elementary School, Lake in the Hills Elementary School, Hampshire Middle School, Westfield Community School, Jacobs High School, and the Bunker Hill Transportation Building. The improvements support continued facility upgrades and districtwide campus functionality.
- D300 Westfield Community School Parking Lot Improvements – Bid Release 5: The Westfield Community School Parking Improvements project will enhance site circulation, safety, and accessibility through targeted upgrades to the existing parking and arrival areas at the Algonquin campus. Work will include selective demolition, new asphalt paving, concrete curbs and sidewalks, ADA-compliant parking and pedestrian routes, updated striping and signage, and improvements to grading, drainage, and stormwater infrastructure. The project will be carefully phased to maintain school operations while delivering a safer, more efficient parking environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Golf School District 67 – Hynes Elementary School/Golf Middle School Additions & Renovations
- The Golf Middle School project focuses on renovating and modernizing the existing media center and instructional support spaces to promote collaboration and flexible learning. Improvements include updated finishes, technology integration, HVAC replacements/modifications, breakout spaces, and enhanced instructional support areas, all designed to better serve students and staff.
- The Hynes Elementary School project includes significant additions and renovations to address enrollment growth, enhance safety, and modernize learning environments. The work features new administration and media center additions, expanded classrooms and student support spaces, improved site circulation for parent and bus traffic, and the removal of mobile classrooms to support long‑term district needs

Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95 – Lake Zurich High School 2nd Floor at D Wing Renovation
The project includes renovation of 12,500 square feet on the second floor of the D Wing at Lake Zurich High School for Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95. The work modernizes interior spaces to improve functionality, learning environments, and building performance.
McHenry Community High School District 156
- Freshman Campus Maintenance Barn: This project includes the construction of a new 6,000‑square‑foot maintenance barn at the McHenry Community High School Freshman Campus. The scope consists of concrete foundations and slab‑on‑grade, masonry wainscot, HVAC, and electrical work to support campus maintenance operations.
- Upper Campus Roof Replacement and Multi-Campus Improvements: The scope includes masonry tuckpointing, roofing with EIFS patching alternates, exterior precast panel painting, selective HVAC work, and electrical upgrades, including fire alarm improvements.
Batavia Public School District 101
- Louise White School Building Improvements: This summer project includes approximately 14,000 square feet of interior renovations at Louise White School, encompassing offices, classrooms, and toilet rooms. The scope also includes a building fire alarm upgrade and extensive exterior improvements, including masonry tuckpointing, window and door replacements, and a full roof replacement, to enhance safety, durability, and building performance.
- H.C. Storm School Site Improvements: This summer project includes site demolition and reconfiguration of parking lots, sidewalks, and hard‑surface play areas at H.C. Storm School. The scope also features landscape restoration and new plantings, site electrical work, and installation of site furnishings, enclosures, and signage to improve circulation, safety, and campus functionality.
Grayslake Community High School District 127 – Grayslake North High School Sidewalk Replacement
The project includes the removal and replacement of designated sidewalk areas to improve pedestrian safety, accessibility, and campus circulation.
Hawthorn School District 73 – Interior Renovations Middle School South
The project includes renovations to the existing library and administrative office areas to improve functionality and learning support spaces.
Harvard Community Unit School District 50 – Harvard High School Elevator Addition / ADA Parking / ADA Ramp
This project includes the construction of a new three‑story elevator addition at Harvard High School to improve vertical accessibility. The scope also features an ADA‑compliant entrance ramp and associated parking improvements to enhance campus access for students, staff, and visitors.
