City of Elgin: Wing Park Golf Course New Clubhouse

The project includes construction of a new 9,600‑square‑foot golf course clubhouse for the City of Elgin featuring a cart storage garage and wash bay, pro shop, concession and refreshment areas, and golf simulators. The scope also includes associated site improvements to support enhanced operations and visitor experience.

Palatine Park District: Administration Building Remodeling

The project consists of a comprehensive remodel of the Palatine Park District Administration Building, including interior demolition and reconstruction, upgrades to office and public‑facing spaces, and associated site improvements. Interior work includes new layouts, finishes, ceilings, casework, ADA‑compliant restrooms, and upgraded mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Exterior site improvements include accessible routes, sidewalks, and pavement upgrades. No phasing, the building will not be occupied during construction.

Arlington Heights Park District

  • Recreation Park – Phase 2 and Recreation Park Community Building Renovation and New Pool & Bathhouse (Phase 3): This multi‑phase project at Recreation Park includes major site and infrastructure improvements and new recreational amenities for the Arlington Heights Park District. Phase 2 delivers site demolition, utility upgrades, a new parking lot, walkways, basketball courts, restroom building, and baseball field improvements. Phase 3 includes demolition of existing pool facilities, renovations and additions to the Community Building, construction of a new 9,850‑square‑foot bathhouse, and new aquatic features including a 50‑meter lap pool, wading pool, and associated site amenities.
  • ARC Flooring Replacement: This project includes removal and replacement of flooring at the Arlington Ridge Center (ARC) for the Arlington Heights Park District. The work modernizes interior finishes to improve durability, safety, and overall facility appearance.
  • ARC Addition & Locker Room Renovation:  This project includes a 6,150‑square‑foot, two‑story addition and interior renovations at the Arlington Ridge Center (ARC) for the Arlington Heights Park District. The addition provides new multipurpose and fitness rooms, while renovations upgrade locker rooms, family changing areas, restrooms, and the main entrance vestibule. Associated site improvements include modifications to the existing playground and installation of new basketball courts to enhance overall park amenities. This phase is complete.
  • Building Demolition: This project includes complete demolition and removal of three existing structures for the Arlington Heights Park District, including full foundation removal and associated site work. Buildings are located on South Belmont Avenue and East Northwest Highway, with an alternate scope for demolition of an additional structure on West Northwest Highway to support future redevelopment and site readiness.
  • Recreation Park Phase 1: This project includes renovation of Recreation Park in Arlington Heights featuring extensive site work and infrastructure improvements. The scope includes demolition, earthwork, utility upgrades, and installation of new amenities such as a parking lot, tennis courts, shelters, playground and fitness equipment, skate park, walkways, lighting, and poured‑in‑place rubber surfacing to enhance park usability and community recreation. This phase is complete.

Cary Park District: Preschool ADA Improvements

Lamp Incorporated is serving as Construction Manager for the Cary Park District Preschool ADA Improvements project. The work includes renovation of four single‑user restrooms to bring the facilities into compliance with ADA accessibility requirements.
