Lamp Incorporated is the Construction Manager for Crystal Lake Park District – Haligus Road Park.

The project involves the development of Haligus Road Park located at 6904 Haligus Road, Lakewood, IL 60014.

The scope of work consists silo remediation/demolition, earthwork/mass grading, infrastructure improvement for utility services, electricity, water, and sewer.  Also included is the installation of various site improvements including new parking lot, basketball court, pickleball courts, soccer fields, restroom/shelter building, open-air shelter structures, play equipment, drain-to-waste splash pad system and mechanicals, combination poured-in-place rubber and engineered wood fiber play surfacing, bean bag toss, walkways, scenic overlook, outdoor classroom, council ring, interpretive garden, lighting, site furnishings, landscape improvements, signage, etc.
