Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95 – Young Adult Center

This project transforms a former 1970s‑era facility into a modern Young Adult Center through a 1,500‑square‑foot, three‑story addition and a 9,500‑square‑foot comprehensive interior and exterior renovation, designed by DLA Architects. The scope includes new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, updated finishes, structural steel stairs, a new elevator, and roofing improvements that reimagine the aging structure for contemporary educational use. Exterior site work reconfigures the campus with a new parking lot and landscaped areas to improve accessibility and functionality.
