Elgin Community College – Building H (Arts Center) Renovation

This multi‑phased project included renovation of 60,735 square feet of Elgin Community College’s Arts Center (Building H). The scope featured mechanical upgrades, new interior finishes, and lighting replacements throughout the building, including the Blizzard Theatre, along with a 4,280‑square‑foot Music Wing addition and a 1,300‑square‑foot Scene Shop addition. Completed across two phases between 2019 and 2024, the project modernized performance and instructional spaces while maintaining ongoing campus operations. (16191; 16558; 16661; 16662)
