Lamp Incorporated served as Construction Manager for the development of Haligus Road Park, a new community park for the Crystal Lake Park District in Lakewood, Illinois. Delivered through a multi‑trade construction management delivery method, the project transformed a previously underutilized site into a comprehensive recreational destination serving residents of all ages.

Project scope included silo remediation and demolition, mass earthwork and grading, underground site utilities, and construction of a new parking lot with accessible pathways. Park amenities feature a playground with accessible surfacing, pickleball and basketball courts, soccer fields, a non‑traditional splash pad, and a pre‑engineered restroom and shelter building. Additional site improvements included open‑air shelters, walkways and loop trails, scenic overlook areas, an outdoor classroom, an interpretive garden, lighting, site furnishings, signage, and extensive landscaping.

Working in close coordination with Hitchcock Design Group and multiple trade partners, Lamp managed safety, phasing, and quality control throughout construction while adhering to OSLAD grant requirements, prevailing wage regulations, and rigorous environmental and safety standards.
