Community Unit School District 300 – Dundee Middle School HVAC Renovation

This project consists of a comprehensive 125,000‑square‑foot HVAC renovation at Dundee Middle School for Community Unit School District 300. The multi‑phase work replaces the existing all‑electric system with a new geothermal HVAC system and includes asbestos abatement, ceiling and lighting replacement, lead water piping replacement, a new gas main, and a new generator. Work was delivered over three summers, including Phase 1 (March–July 2023) with geothermal wellfield installation, Phase 2 (June–July 2024), and Phase 3 (June–July 2025), allowing construction to proceed while maintaining school operations.
