NKEC Cambridge Lakes Charter School – Cambridge Lakes Charter School New Secured Entry

Location: 900 Wester Blvd, Pingree Grove, IL 60140 | Architect: Gillespie Design Group | Completion Date: February 17, 2025

This project includes a 700‑square‑foot interior renovation to create a new secured main entrance at Cambridge Lakes Charter School. The scope delivers a controlled entry sequence with new office and nurse’s office spaces, upgraded security systems, and supporting architectural, mechanical, electrical, and life‑safety improvements. The work enhances campus safety while minimizing disruption to ongoing school operations. (16915)

Grayslake Community High School District 127 – Grayslake Central High School Remote Parking Lot

Location: 477 N Lake Street, Grayslake, IL 60030 | Architect:  Eriksson Engineering Associates, LTD. | Completion Date: October 2024

The project comprised a new off-site parking lot for faculty and staff at Grayslake Central High School. This project included complete site clearing, including demolition of an existing maintenance building and residential homes, new pavement and curbs, fencing, landscaping, and site lighting. (16841)
