78,000 SF multi-story renovation and addition project. Complete renovation including tuckpointing, structural upgrades, and new MEP systems of an existing 54,000 SF three-story building constructed in the late 1800′s. A two-story 20,000 SF addition with connections to the existing buildings, including a loading dock, freight elevators, and warehouse space was constructed. The existing 10,000 SF Smoke Stack building was renovated for additional storage space.
