• Rotolo Middle School – Renovation of the existing serving area adjacent to kitchen and including a small portion of the existing cafeteria. Work to include removal of finishes, new finishes, new food service equipment and associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT, A/V, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
• J.B. Nelson School – Interior renovation of existing spaces to provide a new secured entrance vestibule, administrative offices, conference room, toilet rooms, nurse suite, staff work area, and associated structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT and A/V, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Exterior Work includes new entrance canopy, new monument sign, relocated flagpole, landscaping, and associated electrical, IT, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
• Alice Gustafson School – Interior renovation of existing spaces to provide a new secured entrance vestibule, administrative offices, conference room, toilet rooms, nurse suite, staff work area, and associated structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT and A/V, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Exterior Work includes new entrance canopy, new monument sign, relocated flag pole, site lighting, fencing, new drive and load lane, landscaping, and associated electrical, IT, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
