Lamp Incorporated served as Construction Manager for the new Wing Park Golf Course Clubhouse, a transformative recreation and hospitality project for the City of Elgin. Located at 1012 Wing Street, this approximately 9,600-square-foot clubhouse is designed to enhance the golfer experience while creating a year-round destination for residents and visitors alike.

The new facility features a modern pro shop, indoor golf simulator bays, a full-service bar and concession area, catering and kitchen facilities, gathering spaces, cart storage and wash bays, and supporting operational spaces. The project also includes extensive site improvements, utility infrastructure, landscaping, grading, paving, and accessibility enhancements that strengthen the overall Wing Park Golf Course campus.

Designed by FGM Architects, the clubhouse combines durable construction, contemporary architectural character, and functional amenities to support both daily golf operations and community events. The facility was constructed to meet current accessibility, life-safety, and energy-efficiency standards while providing a welcoming environment for golfers of all skill levels.

As Construction Manager, Lamp Incorporated provided preconstruction planning, cost management, scheduling, bidding coordination, safety oversight, and construction leadership to ensure the successful delivery of this important municipal investment.
