The project included the construction of a one-story, metal-framed clubhouse featuring a full mechanical and storage basement, modern gathering spaces, administrative and support areas, and the infrastructure required to support a premier aquatic center destination.

Designed to enhance resident experiences and foster community engagement, the clubhouse serves as the central hub of the aquatic complex, providing year-round functionality and convenient access to recreational amenities. The project required extensive coordination among multiple trade packages, including structural steel, masonry, roofing, glazing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, interior finishes, and specialty systems.
