Lamp Incorporated is the Construction Manager for Salt Creek Rural Park District (SCRPD) Rose Park Administration Building. Additionally, this facility is situated on a rural residential street with single-family homes across a narrow rural road. The Rose Park facility operates as an administration building for the park district staff and as a preschool.

SCRPD is building a new 8,500 SF administration and preschool building and razing its current facility.

During the construction period, occupants will remain in their existing facility. After demolishing the existing facility, the land will be restored as an open field.
