Lamp Incorporated provided construction management services for the Huntley Park District Maintenance Facility and REC Center Renovations, a comprehensive municipal improvement project in Huntley, Illinois. The project included the construction of a new 12,000-square-foot maintenance facility along with renovations and upgrades to the existing REC Center to enhance functionality, operational efficiency, and long-term community service. The work encompassed site development, concrete foundations and flatwork, masonry construction, structural systems, utility improvements, building infrastructure, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, interior finishes, and exterior improvements.

Developed in collaboration with Huntley Park District and Wold Architects and Engineers, the project was designed to support the District’s growing operational needs while providing modern, durable, and low-maintenance facilities. The new maintenance building delivers dedicated space for equipment storage, fleet maintenance, materials management, and staff operations, helping streamline daily activities and improve service delivery throughout the park system. Renovations to the REC Center improved existing facilities, extending the value and functionality of a key community asset.
