Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95 – Multiple Projects/Sites

  • Lake Zurich High School – The proposed project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of approximately 20,000 SF of existing roof areas (the insulation is scheduled to remain except as indicated) and installation of new SEBS modified bituminous roof system.
  • Sarah Adams Elementary School – The proposed project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of approximately 60,000 SF of existing roof areas (the insulation is scheduled to remain except as indicated) and installation of new SEBS modified bituminous roof system.
  • Door and Frame Replacement and Miscellaneous Renovations (Multiple Sites) – Project sites as follows: Sarah Adams Elementary School, Seth Paine Elementary School, Middle School South, Lake Zurich High School, Middle School North, and Isaac Fox Elementary School.
