There are five project sites: Hampshire High School (Hampshire, IL), Jacobs High School (Algonquin, IL), Dundee Crown High School (Carpentersville, IL), Dundee Middle School (West Dundee, IL), and Carpentersville Middle School (Carpentersville, IL).

The proposed Chiller Replacement project at Jacobs High School includes replacement of the existing chiller requiring demolition, concrete, general construction, HVAC, and electrical; the Theatre Renovations include concrete, masonry, steel, general construction, and stage rigging; the DMS Abatement/FA includes asbestos abatement for Phase 2 of the Dundee Middle School HVAC Renovations project and Fire Alarm modifications.
