Boys & Girls Clubs of North Central IL – South Elgin Clubhouse
The 20,000-square-foot Boys & Girls Club of North Central Illinois facility in South Elgin transforms a former Village Public Works building into a modern, youth-focused clubhouse serving up to 240 members. This adaptive reuse project features a STEM lab, library, games room, teen center, art center, gymnasium, and sensory room—creating a safe and engaging environment for learning and recreation.
Delivered in collaboration with project partners, Lamp Incorporated provided key construction services, including a preliminary budget update aligned with current market conditions, full-time on-site supervision, general conditions management, and renovation of the existing metal building structure.
