Lamp Incorporated is the Construction Manager for Arlington Heights Park District – Recreation Park – Phase 1.

The project involves the renovation of Recreation Park in Arlington Heights located at 500 E Miner Street, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.

The scope of work consists of site work demolition, earthwork/mass grading, infrastructure improvement for utility services, electricity, water, and sewer.  Also included is the installation of various site improvements including new parking lot, tennis courts, shelters, play and fitness equipment, poured-in-place rubber play surfacing, bean bag toss, skate park, walkways, lighting, etc.
